A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure certain services or appointments.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions, rescheduling, or cancellation at our discretion.

No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.


4. Consultations

Consultations may be offered to assess client needs and determine service suitability.

Virtual consultations are typically conducted via phone or video and last approximately 10–15 minutes.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during consultations.


5. Service Policy

No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.


6. Refund Policy

All deposits and service payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a concern arises, clients must contact us within 48 hours of service completion for review.

Refunds, credits, or adjustments are granted solely at the discretion of Starr Stage LLC.


7. Health, Safety & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant conditions or limitations prior to service.

We reserve the right to refuse service if participation poses a safety, ethical, or operational concern.

All services are provided at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.


8. Privacy & Data Protection (Including SMS Communications)

We take your privacy seriously.

All client information is kept confidential and used solely for business operations, service delivery, and direct communication.

We do not sell, rent, lease, or share personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS Consent & Messaging Policy
